With over a decade of experience as a lead nurse in a surgical theatre setting, Phoebe brings care, precision, and leadership to the world of property development.

She brought these skills into real estate when she bought and rented a house before the age of 30.

Today Phoebe leads Terux with the same passion for teamwork, professionalism and grit.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Mike is a director at SC Architecture, a RIBA-chartered practice specialising in planning applications, building regulations approvals, and bespoke residential and commercial developments including projects for the MoD.
