Emanuel Zobev is the Co-Founder and Director of Terux, a forward-thinking property development company focused on transforming underutilised commercial buildings into modern, high-quality residential homes. His journey to property development is shaped by an extensive background in IT, data analysis, business consulting, and entrepreneurship, giving him a unique ability to approach real estate with data-driven strategies and innovative solutions.

With a Master’s degree in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, Emanuel began his career at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, where he worked in IT support and data analytics, refining his skills in problem-solving, reporting, and strategic insights. Alongside his corporate career, Emanuel has been a self-employed business consultant for over a decade, advising on investments, process optimization, and new business ventures.

As an entrepreneur and investor, Emanuel has built a diverse investment portfolio across art, stocks, commodities, and ETFs, always seeking innovative opportunities for growth. His passion for business development and real estate investment naturally led him to property development, where he now applies his strategic mindset and analytical expertise to every project at Terux.
