Penelope is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, specialising in property tax and strategic financial leadership. Starting her career at one of the world’s top accountancy firms, she developed deep expertise in tax, business strategy, and supporting high-growth ventures.

After serving as Finance Director at a London-based PLC, Penelope set up her own practice in Hertfordshire in 2011, where she has since focused on supporting property investors, developers, and entrepreneurs.
