Phoebe Zobev RN
Director
Phoebe Zobev is the Co-Founder and Director at Terux, a property development company focused on transforming underutilised spaces into modern, high-quality homes that provide security, comfort, and long-term value. With over a decade in the NHS as a specialist anaesthetic nurse, Phoebe brings leadership, precision, and a deep sense of responsibility to the world of property development.
She began her career in healthcare after graduating from Greenwich University, working at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. Over the years, she specialised in anaesthetic nursing, assisting in major and minor surgical procedures, recovering patients from anaesthesia, and ultimately advancing to the role of Senior Charge Nurse. In this position, she was responsible for managing junior staff, mentoring student nurses, and overseeing theatre operations, ensuring high-quality care and efficiency.
Her passion for property development started alongside her nursing career when she bought and rented out her first home before turning 30. Recognising the potential to create homes that offer more than just shelter but a true sense of security and belonging, she transitioned into property development and co-founded Terux.
At Terux, Phoebe ensures that every project reflects the same values she upheld in healthcare—care, trust, and integrity. With a hands-on leadership approach, she works closely with her team to ensure that every home built meets the highest standards.
At Terux, Phoebe’s leadership is guided by a clear mission:
🏡 Build homes that provide safety, comfort, and long-term value.
🛠️ Apply precision, teamwork, and professionalism to every development.
🤝 Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, and communities.
❤️ Give back, with at least 10% of profits going to charity.
With a determined, can-do attitude, Phoebe is leading Terux toward sustainable growth, meaningful impact, and a reputation for excellence in the property development industry.
